The hotel once was taken care of, staff cared and there was cleanliness everywhere. NOT so now. We experienced one of the worst weeks of any vacations we have ever taken. There was filth everywhere, in the halls, on the balconies, near the pool, near the restaurants....it was nasty. Please do not waste your money. They owners (corporates) have nothing... More

The water temperature stayed cool, was not able to get warm or hot water in Rm. 203. I asked to be moved to a "smoking" room and the heater did not get warm or hot. These are minor problems that did not hinder me from enjoying my stay. YOUR HOTEL IS AWESOME! location, amenities, and staff. More

The service was awful pools were closed and dirty with ducks swimming in them front desk was rude hardly any security and the maids were rude as well More

Don't pick this hotel by its "curb appeal". From a distance it looks great, but the closer you get the more disapointed you are. It really shows it's age.
