Nelsin did a great job as our housekeeper. When she was off, the service was terrible and several calls did not yield much response. Our waitress, Carly, was exceptional. She was friendly and very accommodating. Our unit needs maintenance - some things are broken, some missing. The kitchen is very poorly equipped making meal preparation VERY difficult.
