“Very nice, friendly atmosphere”

I had the pleasure of staying at this location over Easter Weekend. They were sold out and had a full guest list but were still very friendly and accommodating. “Pleasantly surprised”

Had never stayed at Marriott Residence Inn but needed a hotel close to the airport. Similar to an upscale condo-large refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, etc with dishes, silverware, hotpads, dish towels, even paper towels, provided. Room is clean and the space is very well-planned. Courteous staff. Free breakfast. I am picky and I highly recommend this hotel.

“Newly renovated”

Excellent. Nice job on the new renovation. This by far had the best breakfast and social hour of ANY residence inn I have stayed in ( at that's alot)! They had bottled beer at the socail hour!!!! Wohoo! Besides the great food, the rooms are EXCELLENT! Very clean, and the staff is extremly kind!

“Nice Stay; Clean Property, Friendly Staff”

This was a nice hotel. A bit dated, but nice. The hotels looked to be remodeled in some areas, but still dated in others. The staff was GREAT! Good breakfast, Good Location, no complaints. I would defnitely stay here again!

A good Marriott property that is made even better by a great staff. A bonus for a category 4 hotel. Convenient to the highways and outlet shopping. Several change restaurants nearby. Have stayed here several times and never had an issue.

“Great responsiveness to needs”

The staff was fantastic, the rooms large and clean. They even did my grocery shopping for me! That was a great perk. The hallway carpet was outdated, but new carpet was being laid as we were leaving. Will stay there again on my next trip to Chaeleston.
