We took 4 buses full of kids and they did a great job. Everyone was so nice to work with, especially Lindsay. Tip top customer service. We will definitely use this hotel again.

very good value. clean. nice indoor\outdoor pool. they also have a free shuttle to downtown Charleston that we used.. Note - don't plan on taking your car downtown. parking availablity is very limited.

Thank you! The indoor/outdoor pool is a wonderful way to relax and enjoy the day. Our shuttle runs daily to the Charleston Visitors Center for a small fee, as parking can be a hassle. Additionally, we offer complimentary service to Charleston International Airport.

I was going to book the Aloft but, the Expedia rate for this Sheraton was excellent. Now I know why. This was a very disappointing Sheraton stay. The front desk staff was excellent.
