My family stayed in River Crossings and Ironwood. We enjoyed our stay. The condos were clean and the grounds were also well manicured. My sister and spouse had two twin mattresses on their king size bed. This was uncomfortable for them, but they managed. We liked the fact that we were near restaurants, attractions, restaurants and shopping. The location was very good. The Wi-Fi didn't work very well and the amenities on site were okay.... More

This resort is made up of several condo style buildings and some rental homes as well. The grounds are beautiful and the location is excellent! While it's not on the beach, the beach is just about a 2-3 minute drive down the street. It's not too far to walk but I wouldn't recommend it especially with little kids, you have to cross a very busy highway to get to the side where the beach is.... More

Had a great time at Barefoot Landing Resort Labor Day weekend. Booked this 2 bedroom on Expedia for $268 including all taxes and fees for 2 nights. We stayed in the Willow Bend community of the Barefoot resort. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit that was spacious and adequately cleaned. The unit was individually owned and managed by by a real estate agency Tartan Management. So there's no front desk or concierge. While the unit adequately met out needs it is not a luxury unit. After looking at everyone's pictures, I am jealous! We must have gotten the worst unit in the whole place! Our unit was described as a "golf villa with a view" but the view consists of trees that block the golf course. The pool that corresponds with our unit was TINY.
