We stayed here for the first time this yr... it was a nice place far as cleaning goes, and where it was located because of the inlet, it was awesome, BUT we had problems with our fridge and lost over $100 worth of food...... also we had to be evacuated from our condo 2 times in one day for random... We stayed in room condo 402 in Sea Marsh II. When staying in a rented condo I never expect it to be very clean or in perfect condition, but this was awful. We spent the first 3 hours there cleaning the condo. The furnature was broken, half the power outlets were blown, sliding glass doors slide off track when opened.... More

We return to this condo every year and absolutely love it. The condo we normally rent has views of the ocean AND the inlet from two separate balconies. The Sea Marsh 2 is located north of the Sea Marsh 1, so if you get a room on the northern side you also benefit from gorgeous, unobstructed views up the beach... More
