This is newly renovated. The room was fresh, clean, comfortable, up-to-date. The lobby was very welcoming. Exercise room had all new equipment. Nice having Starbucks and other food/drink available in the lobby. Most of all the people were professional, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Spartanburg.

Recently remodeled lobby and rooms. Excellent furnishings and lobby. Very friendly staff. Location was near a Bi-Lo grocery store, Chinese restaurant, KFC, Bojangles, and a sub shop. Easy access to the the alternate I-85 exit.

The staff was fantastic, the breakfast buffet (included in my rate) was good, and the room was very clean. About the only complaint I have is that only fast food restaurants are located near the hotel. It is absolutely necessary to drive (only a few miles) to get to some nicer (chain) restaurants.

This is a very nice, efficient, and new Marriott. Everyone was nice and quick. There was nothing difficult or irritating about the check-in either. Everything ran smoothly, and the bar was nice. There is a very nice wrap-around porch off of the bar, and it is very relaxing and "homey."
