“RUDE STAFF, ITEMS ARE MISSING FROM ROOMS, DIRTY”

Above says it all. The manager - Brenda -has her relatives work for her and get room access. They blame clients for having dirty rooms although room service is supposed to be provided. If you complain top management blames you too...
