I was held over an extra day and wanted to change my date to stay at the hotel by 24 hours. They were very rude and and would not even consider letting me do this. They just charged me for the room that I could not use.

The only bad thing to say: The swimming pool was green the whole time (about 4-5 nights). Now that that's out of the way, the staff was great. The room was nice and clean. Not great, but very good is still better than average!
