Brenda (night gal) was/is fabulous. She went above and beyond to accomodate, what a sweetheart. Pool was a little cool, but the hot tub was just what we needed after a long car ride, and then walking all day.

Glad to find a pet friendly hotel in the Black hills that was quiet at night. Staff friendly, hotel clean, and bed was pretty comfortable. This was a return visit to this property for us. Its location in Hill City is ideal for visiting many of the attractions around Mount Rushmore. The people that worked at this place were great!!!!!! Friendly, helpful and very pleasant to speak with. The room was horrible! The smell was unbelievable - like someone had gotten sick on the floor.
