We went during the off season before the hordes of tourist show up. It was excellently quiet. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We got the Burlington suite and it suited our needs very well. If you ever have the opportunity to stay here, do not pass it up! Beautiful and worth the drive and the price. Bald eagles, deer, Spearfish Creek and a great drive in and out of the canyon. Close to Spearfish, Deadwood, Rapid City, Mt. Rushmore and Custer State Park. Family or couples will enjoy their stay - winter or summer.
