My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Best Western in Murdo. It was clean and nice. The staff were friendly. The room was somewhat basic, but that was to be expected. We missed the breakfast because we were out of our room too late for it, so we cannot rate that. My husband enjoyed the bathtub immensely.

We were thrilled to have see the frig/micro as standard. Our AAA rate was $89 -- a bargain compared to the $199 we paid in ND and Montana at AmericInn. Plus, dinner at the Buffalo Bar was fabulous. After a long day on the road this was the perfect place to stay. The rooms are updated, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The room did need some airing out but that was ok because I wanted to hang outside for a while anyway. The front desk recommended Bullalo Restaurant for dinner and it was a good recommendation.

The hotel was very clean, convenient, and reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly and helpful (especially Deb Faber). We would highly recommend this hotel to other travelers in SD. One of the nicer ones we stayed in on our trip-especially for a small town.

Room clean and ok. We travel on I-90 ever year and usually stay in Mitchell. This trip, we spent one night in Mitchell, room was $93.00, one night in Murdo, room was $125. Small rooms, nothing special. Booked Queen beds, got only full. If you can, go to the Landmark Inn south of I90 instead. Cheaper, bigger, cleaner and the pool is WAY nicer.
