I really enjoyed this hotel. The lobby is very nice with a computer station and comfortable seating area, the breakfast area was large and clean, and the pool was warm and clean. The fitness room equipment was dated but it was clean and overlooked the pool. Our room was great. It was very large with 3 queen beds-usually one of... More

The only way this place could get a good review was if they (hotel staff) wrote them. Our room smelled and was poorly cleaned. There were crumbs on the floor and hair in the tub. The blankets were very old and worn and they might think about washing them occasionally.

Older hotel but pretty nice and quiet. The breakfast was pretty basic, nothing special. Considering there are limited options in the sparsely populated area, we would recommend it.

We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, comfort of this HoJo. After driving 11 hours, it was sooo comfy! Will stay again when passing through!

I've been trying to find a nice but inexpensive hotel to stay at around the Chamberlain/Oacoma area. This was our first time staying here - my husband and I were on a motorcycle trip. The hotel is clean, and the lobby area is nicely decorated and attractive. The kitchen eating area is clean and well-maintained. The rooms, while simple, are... More

Stayed here as first stop on Badlands/Rushmore/Yellowstone trip. Looking for a comfortable spot after a 750 mile drive with 3 kids. HoJo delivered. Big clean room with 3 queen beds. Quiet. Staff was cordial. Oacama is right on the Missouri River and the scenery there was surprisingly beautiful.

Stayed here just one night. There is not much at all in Oacoma, but the Hojo does for one night's stay. Unfortunately we found the check-in person to be very curt and unfriendly, which rather spoiled the stay. We found the room of the same standard as all the hotels in this class we've stayed in - pretty clean, comfortable... More

We stayed for one night on our way back from from Custer, SD and it was a pleasant surprise. We asked for an upgrade if available and they did give us a suite. The room was great and 1/2 the price of Custer. The pool was small but nice. The hot-tub was nice. The breakfast was good and well organized.

We were on our way to the Black Hills and stayed here for one night. There was a power outage and they have no generator. Traveling with small children, it scared the dickens out of them. The breakfast was as expected, you can't ruin cold milk and cereal. The pool was nice and the room as okay. They didn’t have... More

Thank you for taking the time to comment on your stay. I do apologize for the power outage! There was a city-wide outage due to an electrical storm that was going through the area. We hope to see you again soon. You will have to try our biscuits and gravy, waffles, variety of pastries, bagels, and/or breads for breakfast next... More

We really appreciate your comments about your stay. Our Hotel became a smoke-free property about 3 years ago, and unfortunately even after 3 years of cleaning carpets, washing walls, etc. the smoke smell sometimes reappears. Thankfully, we only had to convert a few rooms over to non-smoking! We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused. As new owners, we... More
