nice motel chlorine very strong in the pool and whirlpool so couldn't enjoy them very long. Helpful staff

As one review stated, the entrance is a little goofy. If approaching from the West you must drive past the hotel and make a U-turn. I can't really blame the hotel for something the City did though... This was the most unconcerned unhelpful staff that I have ever ran into. I was traveling with my daughter and grandson. do not give out your credit card info. we booked a room and they ened up not having room for us. no other help was given staff was rude and unprofessional. it appears they were going to bill our credit card and double booked our room. DO NOT STAY IN THIS MOTEL

I apologize your stay in June of 2008 was less than a good experiance. We are now under new managenent as well as new staff. Our goal is positive customer service and hope we improved the hotel to guests liking. More

“Extremely cold room”

We stayed at this motel, one night, due to an evening rodeo we were attending. The rodeo was held in an indoor, but unheated arena. Unfortunately, the evening was very cold but so was our motel room. You could tell the difference between the hallway and going into our room. I'm guessing the room temp was only around 40 degrees.... More
