The lady at check in says that they are going to charge 100 is anything is broke or missing. Unload van and the ice bucket top is missing. The manuel says that the laundry is on the 3rd floor and there is NO 3rd floor.... its the basement!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stay any other place in Sturgis South Dakota.
