Buffalo Run Winery Bed and Breakfast is more winery than B&B. The rooms are comfortable, but not exactly cozy; the finishes in the rooms are functional, but not luxurious. Half the rooms, on the side of the building facing away from the highway, have a view of majestic prairie, really beautiful. The other side . . . not so much.... More

Pros: Big rooms, dish TV, theme rooms, whirlpool tubs, food was amazing. Cons: None. We attended a family wedding, and the couple purchased overnight stays in the B&B upstairs for the wedding party. We loved it and would return anytime. Unsure about price, since it was paid for us. Wonderful location. Excellent food.

We enjoyed our anniversary stay at Buffalo Run. The inn is built upon a buffalo jump, with a deck off the gourmet restaurant that has a fine view of the Vermillion river and beautiful Dakota horizon.
