Great location for Nashville and friendly staff that makes you feel at home. Hotel needs updating to keep up with the competition

Checked in 11/16, staying 3 nights. Room was ice cold. After turning on heat/lights this is what you see.1. Stains/evidence of long term small roof leaks with tape coming loose. Smelled of smoke, cigarette holes in the sheets to prove it. A blind man could have installed the drapes more carefully, as we couldn't close them all the way. Breakfast was decent, for what it was. Restroom had no overhead fan at all which doesn’t help the atmosphere! Parking was inconvenient, to say the least.

We stayed in Brentwood in February 2011 for a couple of days. Was nice, staff helpful and courteous. 2 T.V.'s Living room, and seperate bedroom. Rooms were clean. Plenty of dining options in the surrounding area. We enjoyed our stay.
