The front desk was courteous and professional. I arrived a little before normal check-in and was processed in quickly. This is a no smoking hotel. However, I can tell you that the room smelled like smoke. As an older hotel, I am sure that it was smoking at some point and that had been absorbed into the carpets and walls.... More

“It was the most comfortable and relaxing stay I've had in Tennessee, will return soon!!!”

I was greeted very professional, my room was very nice, and I was explained thoroughly on everything that was needed to know about my visit at the Mainstay. I also walked around and the pool area was as clean as the inside was and all staff members were very helpful and mannerable!
