Brentwood Suites is an independently owned hotel and it is absolutely fabulous. My favortie place to stay in the Brentwood/Cool Springs/Franklin area. It's a little older but clean and quaint. It's in a more residental area so it's very quiet. Booked this for a two night stay for business. Room was spacious, with a sitting/work area and a little kitchenette, with nice touches like free bottled water.
