Ok ... so you know what you're looking for when you go to a Red Roof Inn. But usually you expect bath/face soap ... NONE ... shampoo packets ... NONE ... wash clothes .... NONE ... towels (yep, two people EXPECT two towels) ... there was one. Also, on an unexpected 80 degree day in March (but this is Tennessee,... More

We arrived for an unexpected overnight stay in Nashville and all the other hotels were booked. Bed was comfy. Room was large. Standard tv with good channels and reception. The bathroom area was large with the sink outside of the shower/toilet area. There was plenty of space. Reception staff was nice. Coffee with mini cups were in the lobby the... More

I had a nonsmoking room with 2 double beds. The room was exceptionally clean and its smell was very pleasant. The staff was as helpful as could be, especially front desk clerk Chris. The only problem I had was that the phone in my room supposedly had free long distance within the United States, but whenever I tried to use... More

After reading the reviews my family and I chose to stay at the Red Rood in route to Disney Orlando, and we were glad that we did. We checked in later in the day however we had a gps and were able to find the hotel behind the Home Depot which was strange however we found that this location was... More

Ok. This was, was, the best Red Roof for the Nashville area. Now, it is the least. Red Roof started to renovate this hotel, and stopped, after updating 7-8 or so of the 3rd floor rooms. So. If you want the best room in the hotel, make sure to ask for the 3rd floor. Avoid the 1st floor at all... More

The rates continue to be low (< $60), and there were NO dog fees. The location is very good for travelers who might want to have a lot of restaurants and shopping options located nearby. In my review of our stay here last October my chief complaint was that our room had one of the worst hotel beds I had... More

We've stayed in the hotel before & thought it was a GREAT value for the money.... This time the room was good but it had a cigarette smell that was pretty bad.... We should have gone out to the desk & asked for another room, but we were just too tired. It was just for the one night. Overall, it... More

All in all, staying in this hotel was a positive experience. However, a few little things added up to keep it from being great. Although the hotel was apparently mostly empty, the thin walls meant that even a normal discussion next door would wake us up (happened twice in the night we spent there). No breakfast is offered; just coffee/tea... More

This hotel was an extreme disappointment. I arrived tonight after an 8 hour drive expecting a clean comfortable room. Upon arriving, I noticed the hotel appeared run down and dingy, but still hoped the room would be okay. Not so! The carpet had a large spot (app. 8 inches across) of crusty white stuff next to the bed. The sheets... More

3 night stay while moving daughter into college. The hotel staff was friendly, property relatively well maintained. Our room seemed freshly painted and recently updated. Staff on checkin and throughout our stay was helpful and knowledgable about the area. They use an electronic key that fits on your key ring, nice touch. The hotel is situated in the middle of...
