The staff were always helpful, and friendly. The hotel is clean, beds are comfortable and the looby was tastefully decorated. The only negative comment I can make is that the interstate is right beside the hotel and you hear the traffic, rather loudly all night. I probably wouldn't stay in that particular hotel again because of that reason.

Location was convenient across from hospital. Outside was clean and well landsaped. Service was good with rooms, beds and lobby.comfortable. Breakfast was good with coffee and cookies available at desk.

This hotel was built in 1996. The rooms have been recently redone. The hotel lobby has been remodeled and was completed 1 hour prior to my arrival there. The hotel is easily accessible to interstate 81. I would recommend this place to anyone passing through Bristol. It is the best hotel on the Bristol, Tennessee, side.

No matter what you say this hotel is the epitome of "Southern Hospitality." I don't know that there was one single employee that wasn't GREAT! It seemed like every turn in the road someone was right there to make sure my experience was the best that I've ever had. Thank you SO much!
