Stayed for a wedding in the area. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful during our stay. Room looked good, hotel and facilities were clean, and the breakfast was on par with what I have come to expect from other Holiday Inns. Hotel is a bit further from downtown, but offers significant savings over the rates of other downtown hotels.

This is a very clean hotel. The hot breakfast is very good - I really liked the automatic pancake machine. The fitness room is 4 machines (2 treadmills, one bike, one elliptical). The hotel is a refurbished older hotel. Rooms are clean but not super clean. Bathrooms are new with the standard granite countertops. Big negative was the awful selection of TV channels, basically none. Also there was no in-room, which is a drawback to us.
