Greeted with a professional warm and friendly staff. Walking distance to resturants and attractions . Lovely fire place and fire pit in the deck of the pool. We always stay Hampton, some of the other Hamptons need to visit here for training ! We travel for work and Hampton is home away from home .

We enjoyed two pleasant nights here. The room was very clean and conducice to a good night's sleep even on a city street. We saw a great fireworks show at the ballpark nearby from our balcony. We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn/Chattanooga Downtown. We were only there for one night, but everything about the night was great. Check-in was a breeze and the room was very nice, with a balcony overlooking the baseball park. Even with a game going on, it was very quiet in the room. We would definitely stay there again.

You can't beat the southern hospitality at this hotel. Everybody was wonderful. Just to mention a few people that I had interaction with: Christine, Edward, Kesha, Megan Patty. A great stop on the way to Disney. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and clean. Free breakfast was a hit with the kids. Pool was nice and warm. Location is right in the heart of a nice little city with great places to eat nearby.
