Great location, near everything. Missed cleaning room one day. Took hours to get new towels. Breakfast is not complementary. Pay to park. Good rooms, bath just ok.

Yes, the lobby is updated and looks very nice but if you travel and are use to staying at nice hotels then this lobby is going to get your hopes up because when you walk in it looks very nice. Then you work your way to the room and go inside your room and it's like walking into the past.... More

1ST, Wallace at reservation/front desk was excellent. Help me get a ver reasonable rate and an update for our anniversary. Room was very comfortable. Bath size enormous. Location ideal. Near everything. All Courtyard people helpful and courteous. Yiah at the front desk was very customer friendly as well. We will be back.

Ask for the view of the lake and you will be so happy! we had a beautiful balcony overlooking downtown and the lake and it was awesome! The rooms were nice and so were the workers!

Me and my wife stayed here the first night of our honeymoon before the boarded and plane the next day... This hotel was beautiful. Everyone was so friendly and the rooms were very nice. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud! Seriously!!

The Courtyard has the most excellent staff, including cleaning, that provide you with useful information and necessities when you need them. Everyone was friendly. The only disappointment was no continental breakfast, but they did provide in room coffee. Otherwise, excellent! They were cleaning the windows but even they tried staying out of the guests way.

Whenever we go to Chattanooga I insist on staying here. We always get a corner room with a balcony facing the aquarium & river. Love the location. Couldn't get any closer to where we wanted to be. We love the aquarium and this is situated right across the street. Staff is Friendly. only down side seemed to be a lack of towels at the pool.
