Walking in through the front of this hotel, I noticed lots of debris/trash around the front door. Not great curb appeal. I was upgraded to a hot tub room with a balcony overlooking the ball park next door. Nice but the tile around the tub was peeling away from the wall. I'll be back to Chattanooga but not this property.

We stayed for three nights, and upon arrival was treated with such great southern hospitality! The front desk workers were so helpful with recommendations and we were always greeted with "welcome back!". The breakfast staff were so helpful, my son just loved Joseph! We will be back!

You couldn’t ask for a better location. Within walking distance of many attractions & restaurants. Right next to the AT&T field & we enjoyed the watching the Lookouts play. The rooms were nice & the breakfast was very good.

Very friendly and helpful workers. Ask for PJ. Very accomodating for family of five. Had suite with cot. Very clean. Great location for most activities in Chattanooga. Close to visitor center and free shuttle.
