This hotel was clean and comfortable. We picked it because of it's location to the sights on Lookout Mountain. We stayed there 3 nights. Sleeping was comfortable. Wifi worked well as did the tv reception. The had a coffee maker in the room but were a little selfish with the coffee they provided....enough to make 1 cup and there were... More

It's the worst hotel that we've ever stayed in. It was listed as brand new. That was a joke. Rooms very small and smelled musty and moldy. Breakfast bar had 3 pieces of bread , some stale sweet rolls and cereal . There were only 5 or 6 rooms rented. Now I know why. No hand towels or bath cloths and... More

I had to wait a few minutes at the front desk before anyone showed up, but once there, I had no problems checking in - even using points from previous stays for a free room. All rooms are located inside and there is a nice elevator to take you up to the higher levels. The room was clean and beds... More

If you plan to visit Lookout Mountain, this hotel is convenient, but the hotel needs maintenance. We felt safe, but the room could have been cleaner, and the breakfast was the worst we had on our fourteen day trip. Cerial and coffee in a cramped, inhospitable lobby.

To be spending almost $100 a night I do not believe the hotel was worth the money. it was very small in general. The pool eventhough it was out of season if it had been in season i would have been very upset by it. It was very very small. the rooms were smal and there was mold and dirt... More

I selected this Econo Lodge because of their sign in the front of the Hotel advertising "New Hi-Speed Internet," the only essential item that I needed while travelling. I received the WEP Key from the front desk clerk and tried logging on to their internet service. After many attempts, I gave up in frustration. I would connect onto their system... More

We were pressed at the last minute for a hotel. We ended up at the Mcy D's next door to this hotel on our laptop trying to find a suitable establishment. We gave up and just took the obvious, this hotel next door to where we were. On the internet it was priced at 60 something a night. I added... More

After travelling nearly 500 miles from Louisiana, my wife and I arrived at this hotel with our 6 young children only to be told that our reservations were no longer good because our rooms had been needed for a large group. The desk clerk/manager explained that "reservation" means "we try to reserve your rooms", and, when I protested, his ability... More

As a soldier, my family has to be very frugal with our income. Upon checking into the Econo Lodge at Lookout Mountain, the clerk noticed my military ID and told me about their special rates for military personnel. I was unaware of this program and was going to pay the regular rate. Her thoughtfullness and kindness is what prompted me... More
