My stay of approximately 4 nights a week for over 2 months was a good experience. Each week I checked in, the Clerks were a great help and tried to accommodate my needs in every way. “Keeping up with the brand”

I have always had great stays at HIE. This location is no different. Checked in late in the night, room was clean, free wifi, and a very comfortable bed. Location is right off the interstate making it very convenient. If I ever return to Crossville, this will be my spot to stay

“Good stay, clean rooms”

The room was clean, and the staff very friendly. Even though the hotel is about 15 years old, it is well appointed and is kept in very nice condition. “Softball Weekend”

Very good accommodations, and very good breakfast. Staff was friendly and very helpful. A mix up in reservations and they straightened it out. Had planned on staying only one night and ended up making another reservation for a second night.

“Always a good stay here!”

I have stayed here many times over the past few years, and have never been disappointed. Very clean rooms, laid out very well, helpful, friendly staff and breakfast too. Very handy location just off the interstate, and walking distance to a few fast food places. Definitely one to consider if you are in the area.

“Clean rooms and a very accommodating staff.”

Whenever I'm in Crossville, I stay at the Holiday Inn Express. Very consistent. Clean rooms and a very accommodating staff. Had a couple of cookies in the afternoon that they put out. The breakfast was simple the way I like. Enjoyed the biscuits and gravy. I'll definitely be staying again in the near future.

We were passing through to Gatlinburg, and stayed here. It was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was good too. The only issue was that there wasn't a "fan" in the bathroom. I was the third person to shower and it was more of a sauna. All the Holiday Inn's are getting remodeled, I just am not sure... More

“Quiet and Clean”

We stayed one night during a recent trip across Tennessee. The rooms were clean and quiet. We never heard anyone else, not even a door slamming. “Enjoyable Stay”

Spent the night here on the way to Nashville. We had reservations so check in was very fast and the clerk was very friendly. The room which was a king bed suite was very clean and comfortable. Great mattresses. The breakfast bar was not bad, various varieties of breakfast food included eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cinnamon rolls, etc.... More
