“Military Rate”

Very nice facility with helpful staff. However, if you are military, know there are only a few rooms offerred at the military rate. The lobby staff tried to accomodate me with the less valuable business rate, but I was dissappointed that they did not offer a military rate although I had a military ID.

This was an adequate hotel for the money and has an indoor pool, which is a must for my kids. Definitely request a room away from the pool though, you can hear what is going on in the pool area from the guest rooms that are across the hall.

“Look no further!”

This Hampton Inn is wonderful! Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is helpful and pleasant. Breakfast is yummy. Location is right off I40 but noise won't keep you awake. Rooms are still quiet. It's a great place for Carson-Newman University families to stay for events. You can't go wrong staying here.

“Terrible experience with bed and head housekeeper”

“Excellent stay”

I would highly recommend this Hampton to family and friends. You will enjoy your stay. Very clean room, bathroom and fitness center. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast area is the nicest I have ever seen. Its a large area with plenty of seats and TVs. The food was the typical complimentary hot served breakfast.

Great hotel with excellent service and staff. The value was exceptional and ithe location was excellent. It is very close to the University of Tennessee and some historical sites as well as scenic sights.Great location for couples and family as well as business travelers.

“Nice, clean hotel near interstate”

Found hotel near the interstate. The hotel was nice, clean and the staff was friendly. Lady at check in was helpful to provide info for nearby stores. We enjoyed our stay at Hampton. The location was great and convenient near interstate. There are restaurants nearby, however, they are mainly fast food type places.
