I have other contractors staying here and every room has mold and bath ceiling damage . house keeping is the worst they don't change sheets or mop the tile floors on your cleaning day. Mananger was not much help with anything about his staff

**VERY** slow glitchey internet . . few tv stations . . the whole tv distribution was broken after a big storm came thru . . & the hotel clerk mentioned it happened lotts of times . . thermostat on air conditioner was broken . . ....the rain gutter-s poured lotts-a water all over the walkways . . . !! !!... This hotel looks good from the outside but is VERY nasty inside. I originally planned to stay 8 nights but checked out after one. The room was smelly and many things were missing. The condition of the furniture and room were awful. Avoid this place at all costs.

Terrible experience; room extremely dirty - urine stains on toilet bowl, lobby awful, staff terrible. Suprised that Cool Springs in Franklin, TN has a property this terrible given the quality of the community. Book at another hotel.

For the area I would have expected better. Room was nasty! Trash under the beds, dishes were dirty. Walls were never washed down. Kitchen backsplash was painted and they didn't even cover the other stuff. Lock on door was flimsy. Front office staff charged for an entire week instead of two days and couldn't fugure out how to fix it.... More
