I was very pleased with the Homewood Suites in Germantown. My room was very clean and I loved the layout. I didn't have any problems with my stay and I will use this hotel again when I am in the area.

This was the cleanest and well kept hotels I have stay in. I love the fact that someone called the room to see if everything was ok with the room and to see if we needed anything. The entire property was clean. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast was excellent. Will be returning on other visits.

Everyone was genuinely friendly and very helpful. The rooms are well thought out with easy flow through spacious floor plan and exceptionally clean. I look forward to staying at Homewood suites every time I visit Memphis in the future.

I've never had a bad experience at a Homewood Suites. This Homewood was no exception. From the front desk, to the service staff, everyone makes you feel welcome, like coming back home. The room was great, the food was great, and the staff were awesome. This is the place to stay for me when visiting the greater Memphis area.
