My family and I stayed a week at the Holiday inn. The breakfast was hot and fresh everyday. Rooms were clean. The maid service was great. Everyone that worked at front desk was so friendly. Gave great suggestions for things to do. We would stay there again.

I always stay in HIE when I travel for work. This Germantown location is very safe and convenient. The mall is right down the road, there are several restaurants, and it's about 20ish minutes to the Beale Street area. This was my second stay in this motel. The first stay my air conditioning unit was not working ! They offered a low ER price due to a/c not working first stay. I selected this location in Germantown as I heard it was safer than to stay in Memphis proper. I had no issues and this was a nice new HIE!

This hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. I particularly love the location. Everything is nearby for business travelers; Kinkos, Mall, several restaurants, office supplies, etc.
