This hotel in Jackson needs a real GOOD CLEANING ,staff was nice and changed our room when I told them no bathmat, fridge needed defrosted,carpets needed swept,& very stained it is and older hotel but being dirty is no excuse I will say the bed was comfortable,& towels were very soft

We had a very nice stay at this hotel with my family. The entire staff (front desk, housekeeping & maintenance) is very friendly, professional and very accommodating. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast area was very clean and was very inviting with a good selection of breakfast items. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

I should have known better than to book a room for 35.00 a night... you get what you pay for, however I can say that Hotels.com was very quick about resolving my issues and getting me into another hotel.
