“Easy location, Clean & Helpful”

Will not hesitate to stay at this facility again when in the area - fast check in, all amenities, the staff went to great lenghts to be assured I had everything I needed. Quality rooms & meals. Very comfortable room, nice and quiet, very clean. Location easy to get to and no extra hidden fees!

“Good place to stay”

We stayed at the Doubletree the past two weekends. The front desk staff was excellent. Check in was fast and they were very accomodating. The kids loved the pool area. The restaurant is also decently priced and the food is good. The rooms are pretty big. The beds are comfortable. Everything was clean.

“Great family-oriented hotel!”

My daughters and I stayed at the hotel for a weekend getaway and to shop at the mall across the street. The kids loved the pool where they could swim from inside to outside the hotel. Good place to stay if you are in the area. Very clean and the wi-fi worked well. The complimentary chocolate chip cookies are great. Got reservations the same day. Close (walking distance) to a mall and a lot of restaurants.

Very helpful employees! Clean and quiet! Several places to eat are walking distance from hotel. The food in Fantastics was very good. I love the bed and adore the pillows! Huge towels and flat screen tv!

Very Friendly! Excellent value! When staying in the Johnson City/Elizabethton area I highly recommend the DoubleTree! It was very close to shopping and eating establishments with easy highway access. My family and I look forward to staying with them many times in the future.

we have stayed here for years. we have noticed in the last few years the level of maintenance and cleanliness is beginning to fail. would like to see it remain as a good place to stay. great location.

“Consistent, clean and great for lay over”

I have stayed here a couple times. Rooms are a good size and up to date in regards to decoration and clean. Plenty of choices for food nearby and I seem to to always get a good night sleep. The exterior of the hotel doesn't remind of a doubletree and causes me to think of an alternative brand.
