My mother & I stayed in a 2 bed room w/handicapped bathroom. Everything seemed clean, was not a fancy place, but just needed a place to sleep. Left early the next a.m., before breakfast, reception gave us each a banana to go with out bill.

“Checked in rm 102 handicap room on 5/8. within 20 min. killed 3 roaches or lg bugs. took sample to front desk.”

was then given room 105. toilet kept running. would have left but am handicapped was too hard. then took room 110. finally 12:30am Always fine stay but this one disappointing Upon c/o I offered half price for room. Agent never addressed issue or talked. never apologized
