Hotel looks to be very new. Nice, clean and a little on the pricey side. Room was satisfactory. Furniture was really crammed into the space. Had a wet bar area and desk in the small living area. Since is separated from toilet and tub which is always nice. Lighting seemed to be very dim without sunshine coming through the curtain.... More

We were in town for the Covenant Health Knoxville Marathon. Upon arrival we were greeted very kindly and the front desk even changed our room from a king to a double. We had a last minute addition to our travel party. Our room was on the 3rd floor which we were told was the quiet floor, after 10pm no loud... More

Other than the convenience to Turkey Creek and the highway, this place is nothing much. The food is terrible and the gym stinks. Three pieces of old, run down cardio equipment. This was a business trip and all I wanted was a decent breakfast and a good workout and I got neither. Marriott needs to get a clue and get... More

Dear Dave, I wanted to thank you for staying at our hotel and also for taking the time to fill out a review on your experience. I am glad that you enjoyed the convenience of the location to the interstate and Turkey Creek shopping center. We will definitely look into your comments regarding the breakfast and the hotel workout facility.... More

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. And, for the second time, we were very comfortable and pleased with our stay. The rooms are nice and they are clean. The suite is just a slight wall on each side that makes the living room a "different" area, but it makes it roomy enough to spread out. They... More

It was nice inside, and typical Marriott SpringHill. Everything clean. The pillow were foam so got a stiff neck. The hall light under the doorway was SUPER bright all night, so much so, a beam of light shone through the peek hole and under the door all night, very bright. Very strange. Worse thing though was it was not sound... More

I only stayed here one night, but the staff seemed helpful and kind. The room was clean and parking was easy. The small coverlet on the bed was stained and very dirty. After tossing it in the closet everything else seemed good. Stay here for the convenience to the new Farragut area. Overall I was satisfied for a one night... More

My husband and I along with our 7 year old stayed for 4 nights (6/12/11-6/16/11). The rooms were spacious and I liked the layout. The rooms could have been cleaner. The comforter had crusty stains on it. The floor under the bed skirts was disgusting. You could tell it hadn't been clean in awhile. Parts of the carpet were sticky.... More

I stayed here for 3 nights in May and would call it just an average hotel with small rooms and nothing noteworthy. The service was friendly but little else stood out about this hotel. I would only stay here again for a very reduced rate and not for any longer than just a night or two. They do serve breakfast,... More

This hotel was recommended to me by a colleague who spends a lot of time in Knoxville. I stayed here one night as I was driving through the area. It was a Friday night, and the hotel seemed very busy. I'm not sure if there are any major tourist attractions in the area, or if they just get a lot... More

This hotel was convenient to highway and shops, but very close to the highway. The windows are not double-pane, so you can hear everything. also, for anyone that is chemically sensitive, they use so much fabric softener on the sheets that all your clothes will reek of it!
