This hotel is very near the UTK campus and offers a clean, affordable stay. The staff is always very pleasant and efficient. The hotel offers a full breakfast which is wonderful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting UTK or wanting to spend time in downtown Knoxville. Great location.

Great room, clean and big. The bed was great. Breakfast was included and was very good. Free internet and good service from the business centre. The price is not cheap but for the quality of the service, the location and the room itself is was worthwhile. Lovely staff, extremely helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel.

this was our second visit to this Hampton Inn. The location is perfect between downtown and the campus for Univer. of Tennessee. We were able to easily walk to resturants for lunch and dinner. The parking was easy. The staff was extremely friendly. The price was great. We would not have asked for more.
