Really classy hotel at very reasonable cost, location in saggart about 30 minutes to city centre. Tram to city only few minutes walk. Rooms I'd rate at 5 star, food good, nice leisure centre, free parking Would recommend to anyone

Hotel ok for price,room had damaged draw front and damage to a draw bottom,room was on fourth floor and one lift was broken, to reach it we had to negotiate a maze of corridors, breakfast was good and was reasonably priced,stayed in better of same rating.
