Reading a book by the peat fire and having a drink, after a long day driving through and stopping all over the Connemare region, was the perfect way to end a day. This house is very cozy and has a wonderful inn-keeper, Nancy, and the breakfast excellent. It's everything you would expect from B&B in Ireland.

Beautiful thatched cottage both inside and out. We spent two nights at Tom and Nancy's inviting accommodations. The beds and pillows were the best we'd had in Ireland and the peat fire made the cottage feel our own little piece of Ireland. Cloch Na Scith is very conveniently situated for traveling to the Aran Islands. The house itself is charming. Nancy is very friendly & pleasant host: if you aren't too pressed for time, this is a good place to stay. The food was excellent.
