It is the only hotel in NCW. Very good basic motel. Clean and a good value. Nice pub and restaurant attached. Family rooms are quite large.

I stay in the Courtenay with my family when visiting my folks and the Courtenay always delivers to our requirements. I have stayed in the Courtenay about 7/8 times and have never had any issues. The staff are always very accomadating and friendly.

Booked this hotel for family funeral in the area. Found staff to be more than helpful. Staff were very kind and welcoming, especially Marie who was very helpful. It is not the fanciest hotel in the world but the staff and good food make up for it.

Great location but hotel room was filthy. Carpet was covered in dried in yoghurt, bathroom was covered in black mould and coffee cups were filthy. I was down for family funeral and was not in form to kick up a rompas but I will definitely not be back.
