The food is fantastic, the staff are friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the locatation is peaceful. We've now been 3 times, and would recommend it to anyone. The majority of customers appeared to be "mature" couples, but there were families, too, and there are self-catering possibilities in addition to the hotel service.

This was our first visit to La Barbarie but it will not be our last. This Hotel delivers QUALITY. Service,Food,Comfort,Cleanliness and Overall Charm are Five Star. The Hotel is down a country lane not far from the coast,has a delightfull garden with a very inviting swimming pool.
