Delightful hotel set in beautiful countryside. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially on reception. Food fantastic value for money. It was fresh, varied and more than ample in portion. Green Acres is lovely. Jane is fun and very efficient and all the staff couldn't do more for you. The food was very good and anything you asked for was found. Lovely Hotel, good staff Dog frendly despite the cat being sat at reception? Food very good just as well as there is nothing else around the area within easy walking distance! We would return to this hotel as it is very relaxing & quiet. More

My wife and I, mid sixties, spent five days here in October 2011. It lived up to its positive reviews well. A warm welcome, pleasantly furnished and clean twin-room, plenty of storage. On arrival at Green Acres we were given a warm welcome by the reception staff and promptly shown to our room.
