Andy and Pat are excellent hosts and the breakfast is a real treat.
My wife and I walked the route of the Two Moors Way from Ivybridge which is superbe in itself. The barn is perfectly situated at the end of the route as it drops down into Scorriton. With a lovely pub The Tradesman's across the road which stocks...

Have recently returned from a weekend stay at The Barn, and it couldn't have been better. When we arrived we were welcomed immediately and taken to our room where we were explained everything but then left alone to settle in. Room was lovely and big, and had everything we needed for our stay.
The breakfast in the morning in truly...

I can really only agree with what has already been said. The B&B is 2.5 miles down a narrow country lane but the Sat-Nat will get you there (or follow the directions on the web site). Andi found out it was my birthday whilst I was there and on returning from a day sightseeing - there was a bottle of...

We booked a night's stay at the end of April, we received a warm welcome, were shown to a beautiful room (the Butterfly Room), and bad a wonderful night's sleep. The breakfast was brilliant, and we loved Pat's anecdotes! Many thanks to both Pat and Andy for being so welcoming.
I stayed overnight at The Barn when I was in the area for a friend's birthday, so sadly only stayed one night. The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated in a pre-Raphaelite style, with amazing attention to detail. The owners were really welcoming and my breakfast in the morning was delicious - there was a wide choice available. I...

A wonderful three night stay in this lovely converted barn. Andy and Pat made our stay even more enjoyable with their warmth and friendliness. Wonderful food that fueled a day's walk on the moor. We heard stories of Venutian abductions and the continuing war between the Norman's and Saxons, we saw lots of ponies but not one Venutian, sadly. We...

We found The Barn by chance and booked for one night. We received a really warm welcome, the room was large with a huge comfy bed and the breakfast was fantastic (didn't need to eat for the rest of the day). Pat and Andy made us feel like we were family and recommended the Tradesmans Arms for dinner. The bar...

Stayed for one night in May while attending family party nearby - comfortable room with plenty of space and a very good breakfast. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly. A little tricky to find in the dark, just as well we had sat-nav ! Would not hesitate to recommend or use again.
