Well, what can we say... It is a remarkable house, with quite a history. Rooms are excellent, good bed, everything available in the bathroom. self catering cottage was large, clean and well equipped. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice walks down to stream and also along the "top ridge" with great views. Would stay again no hesitation. Nearby horse riding available. More

The first thing I'd say about Simonsbath House is that if your expectation are the homogenised, perfect look of a big brand hotels then move on because Simonsbath won't suit you.
