We love Lower Coombe Royal. We've just come back from our second out of season break there, staying first in the Garden Rooms (1 bedroom) when our daughter was 4 months old, and then more recently in the Lawn Appartments (2 bedrooms). We have stayed at the Garden Rooms twice now. Lower Coombe Royal offer fantastic accomodation and think of the little things that make your stay extra special! The location is also excellent with Kingsbridge just a wlk away with lovely shops and restaurants.

The accomodation was perfect for our needs. Comfortable , well equipped, quiet,well cared for, and support was there if we needed it. The log burner and bath were there to look forward to at the end of the days outing, which included 4 walks in chilly conditions!

We stayed in the Garden Rooms which have a homely feel but are spacious and well equipped. We didn't hear or see any other guests so it felt secluded and peaceful - just what we wanted. Stayed in the garden rooms which was delightful. the Bed was HUGE and very comfortable ! Everything was exactly as stated .Staff were all very helpful and Susi a charming lady. The location is ideal for visiting many towns and restaurants nearby Sitting on the terrace in the evening listening to the crickets was wonderful. A truly memorable holiday..
