One of the best b & bs we have ever stayed in. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and friendly and catered to our every need. The accommodation is in a perfect spot right near the beach, the rooms are spotlessly clean, the breakfasts are superb and having your own patio is a real bonus. We hope to return.

Have just returned from our second visit to the Beach Rooms. Beautifully looked after by Pete and Polly. The accommodation is small but it just works ! Clean, very well equipped and just perfect for a break by the sea. Handy for Lyme, Bridport, Abbottsbury ... A lovely, lovely spot.
