Positives: close to wonderful Charmouth Beach and an utterly charming lady called Ally to make your breakfast. Negatives: disappointingly dated decor, tired threadbare towels, a stained carpet and the scent of cooked cabbage. Sadly, the negatives outweigh the positives rendering this not good value for money. We stayed here for a day in the off-season (late September). For a relaxing, peaceful stay in a quiet off-season in a very nice setting, it is perfect. Country setting, two minutes walk to the beach.
