There is nothing to commend this place. These are some of the faults: Ripped sofabed Bin with dribbles and rust inside and out Poor condition of work top/dressing table - formica broken away approx 1-2 inches back for most of its length revealing chipboard. There were numerous patches broken off in middle Stains on furniture Stains in bath Stains and... More

My family and I stayed in the Travelodge Ringwood in a family room. We have stayed in a number of Travelodges so knew what to expect. On arrival the staff were friendly and welcoming but on our way through the main stairwell we quickly noticed a smell. Whilst not overally strong, the smell was unpleasant and we noticed it a... Booked for one night as a stopover on the way to Eastbourne, then read the reviews. Pleasantly surprised when arriving. Room on 1st floor at back so not bothered by the traffic noise. Pleasant staff and the room and bathroom were clean. Little Chef next door was really handy. We would stop here again if necessary. More

I booked this as a cheap hotel near Bournemouth. I then read recent reviews. I suspect some malice or revenge involved. This was exactly as expected - a very clean basic room with spotless bathroom which at £29 was brilliant value for money. Helpful service from receptionist. The bed was a bit soft and the road a bit noisy but... More

I booked because it was cheap (£12 a night) and thought that as a Travelodge it should meet a decent standard, WRONG. The Hotel is possibly the filthiest I have ever seen, My room had not been cleaned since it was built, the bathroom was grimy, with toothpaste stains around the sink. When I pulled back the sheets it was... More

We stayed just one night to break our journey. The Travelodge was easy to find being on the A31. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. We had a room at the back so we weren't bothered by traffic noise. The only downside is that there is no lift. There is a Little Chef next door so you won't starve. I... More

I'm only staying one night...thankfully. There is no maintenance being done here what with door handles falling off and the general state of the place. And then there's the more than slightly suspicious smell... :-/ On the plus there are lots of other hotels to stay in the area...and many cheaper than this dump! More

Typical Travelodge. Only superficially clean room but saved by friendly staff and a good location. Has a Little Chef attached but the adjacent services has a Marks and Spencer food department and a selection of alcoholic drinks which is better value. More

We stayed last Sunday night. Upon arrival the lady on the desk was friendly and helpfull, the room itself wasnt bad, it was clean and tidy, the only fault being that the bed was a bit too soft for our liking. The actual location was fine, easy access to The New Forest and Bournemouth. We went to Poole which was... More

I booked this hotel without checking the reviews, and was horrified when I read about this hotel. Maybe as I was expecting the worst, I was pleasantly surprised. We booked a double room (apparently the doubles are at the back of the hotel which means much quieter, as away from the busy road.) Our room was of a good size,... More
