Well we visited Aiden House at the weekend and wished we could have stayed longer. Alexandra Thomson provided a very friendly welcome, despite us arriving ahead of schedule, and showed us to our room (2) explained all the necessary bits and pieces and asked us what we would like for breakfast, more later. The room had stunning views to Farraidh... More

Alexandria and Kenny met us on arrival with big smiles and a great welcome. House is large and clean and very comfortable. Location is awesome. And the breakfast served by Alexandria and Kenny with their happy and easy way was excellent. More

We had booked to stay in self-catering accommodation in Durness through Cottages & Castles months previously but the day before we were due to leave home we received a phone call saying the property had been sold (which they had apparently known about for weeks but just didn't inform us). We got online and found a B&B in Durness who... More
