Great welcome, lovely family, super-clean room, quality breakfast, competitive rates, lovely area. Our host Douglas was helpful and always ready to share local knowledge and advice. Will keep this on our list of places to stay again!

This is one of the best B&Bs we have stayed in. It is clean, tastefully decorated and the hosts were very friendly. The breakfast kept us going until we arrived back in Spain later that day! It is only 5 minutes drive from the lovely town of Troon. Our walk on the seafront at sunset will never be forgotten.

Delightful people and a really well-adapted building - our room was immaculate, very modern and smart, with a superb bathroom - such a joy to have a strong, instant electric shower! Beautifully and stylishly decorated, this is an excellent place to stay. Our room was large and well appointed. Everything was immaculately clean. The hosts are welcoming and friendly. Laundry facilities are available and it very convenient for airport and ferry stopovers. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed overnight as we had a function nearby. Spotlessly clean good sized rooms, nice bathroom and lovely view out over the local countryside. Great breakfast and nice service without being overbearing, would highly recommend. Only minor criticism is limited off street parking but looks to be some renovations going on so maybe the reason why.

The owner Douglas is very accommodating and helpful. It's a nice quiet B&B. They have made a lot of renovations and it feels right at home when you are settled in. If you are thinking of staying in Troon, give this spot a chance to impress you.

Stayed here with family for a short break. The rooms were lovely and had everything we needed. The breakfast was lovely. The sun even came out when we were there!! A perfect break we will definitely go back!!

This is a wonderful B&B - clean, stylish, and perfectly situated for the numerous golf courses in the area. Douglas is a font of information on the local courses, and will do anything to make your stay more enjoyable. A friendly atmosphere, but all the private space you need. I'll stay there next visit!

We have friends who live in a small village near Troon. We have stayed in this B&B three times now when we have visited our friends and highly recommend it. Douglas is a great host and breakfast is very good. The rooms are comfortable and modern and the showers good. We always have a good night's sleep here.
