This was a last minute booking and the owners were welcoming and professional. They allowed us to keep our bikes inside the house and there was an attitude of nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.

I stayed at Jannel B&B while working in Stornoway. The room I stayed in was lovely. Very tastefully decorated, clean and warm. The weather was terrible at the time I stayed there and really appreciated the comfort of the bed and the extra heater in the room. The owners are lovely and welcoming.

I spent one night in the B&B due to a family emergency. It was situated close to the hospital, and provided a very high standard accomodation and service. Helen was very helpful and informative providing an element of calm to a hectic visit. Definately the best B&B I have stayed in, in all of Lewis & Harris.

We spent two nights here. Helen is a fantastic hostess. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choices. It is a short walk into town - the walk was lovely. It is very quiet here. Our room has a great large comfy bed and roomy bathroom. I would stay here again any time.
