Lovely laid back hotel with great food (better than menu suggeats) and first class welcome. Some of the best views in the world. Seems recently redecorated and refreshed. Will be back for more. Thanks gillian

Enjoyed our three day stay enormously. Richard couldn't have made us feel more welcome. Our suite at the front overlooking the sea was beautiful and the food splendid. Thank you for making our first trip to Skye so memorable.
we did not stay here but had a wee spot of lunch as we were staying just along the road, its only 5mins from the ferry terminal so ideal in that respect. The bar was dead when we visited, we ordered 2 toasties, 1 ham and cheese and 1 ham and tomato with a side of chips. We heard in...

Popped in for lunch with mum before setting off on a walk.
I enjoyed the cheeseburger despite not being a burger fan, a friend had recommended it and it didn't disappoint! Generous sized portion with lovely fries! Fantastic! My mum had the curry special on that day as another special was no longer available. It was presented beautifully and tasted...

Stayed for 2 nights in Feb 2013. Really nice hotel in a simply stunning location. All the usual hotel facilities were good - rather than outstanding - the bar room, the corridors, the dining room - all perfectly clean and well apportioned. The dining room did seem to be in a strange location with a grass banking the only view...

From the personal welcome from Richard, the owner, to the breakfast, we could not have had a more pleasant stay. All the staff were friendly and helpful and they could not have done enough to make our stay memorable.
We had already been warned there was a 40th birthday party that evening in the hotel and Richard told us on...

We had been pre-warned that there was a 40th Birthday Party in the Lounge that night, complete with karaoke, but weren't overly concerned about this, but it turned out to our advantage... Richard, the owner gave us a...

Chose this Hotel because it is close to the Ferry terminal. Transport wasn`t required as it was only a 10 minute walk. Like many reviewers I was welcomed by the owner who is a very pleasant guy. I had pre booked but missed out on the rooms at the front which have a great view of the sea and mainland.Room...
